Refund Policy

SECTION 1 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (Refund Policy)
1.1 Booking Conditions: Following allotment, the booking amount is deemed non-refundable.
1.2 Cancellation and Refund: In case of cancellation, the booking amount will be refunded within 1 month of receipt, provided no network ID is associated with the cancellation. If a network ID is involved, the amount will be adjusted towards another property.
1.3 Agreement Allotment: An agreement will be allocated after the submission of the booking amount, accompanied by an additional 25% payment through the company's portal.
